Digital Templating and Measuring
Top quality countertops begin with our Measuring and Drafting department. Equipped with Faro digitizer arms, proliner, or laser measuring devices, our Measurers make a digital template of the tops to be fabricated. With the equipments' accuracy (within a thousandth of an inch!) and ability to convert the measurements into an AutoCAD document, our fabricators are able to create custom countertops with an accuracy unmatched by a system using conventional templates.
After our Drafting team has finalized a production drawing, each job goes through a final pre-fabrication check to ensure that the drawings are complete, and match the customer’s specifications.
Fabrication
We employ state of the art equipment and trained fabricators.
Solid Surface Shop
We have 25000 sq. ft. of space dedicated to the production of solid surface tops. In the solid surface shop we fabricate primarily DuPont Corian and Samsung Staron, however, we also fabricate Hi-Macs, Formica Solid Surface, Avonite, and Wilsonart Gibraltar. Our great production capacity is made possible by our state of the art equipment and trained fabricators.
Stone Shop
We also have a 15,000 sq ft building dedicated to the production of granite and quartz countertops. We are the co-distributor and fabricator of Silestone (which is an engineered quartz product fabricated in the stone shop along withNatural Granite and Marble).
Our Stone production, is state of the art. It includes two CNC’s and a Waterjet. Both can manage the toughest jobs, with the greatest accuracy and cleanest look.
Installation
QS’s Installation crews arrive at your home or jobsite in a fully-stocked installation vehicle. We keep each truck stocked with the tools they need in order to make any adjustments or changes that might be required.
For residential projects, QS can have tops installed in 5 business days from the date of Measure.
Commercial projects can be scheduled for production to meet the most demanding schedules.
